Puget Sound Family Medicine Residency (for students)
We are a Navy Family Medicine residency located west of Seattle, just across the Puget Sound. We have six residents at each year level. We are affiliated with the WWAMI (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, Idaho) Family Medicine Residency Network.
Some Facts about PSFMR
- One of five family medicine training programs in the Navy
- Family medicine is the only residency in the hospital
- The resident:staff ratio is a very pleasant 2:1
- Fully accredited (5 years) by the Family Medicine Residency Review Committee of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
- A 50,000+ square foot Family Care Center (completed in 2001) houses PSFMR, Dermatology, the Pharmacy, Patient Education and Outpatient Records.

Family Medicine Department - Information for patients
- The Family Medicine Department is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Family Care Center, Naval Hospital Bremerton.
HOURS OF OPERATION
- Family Medicine Department
- Monday - Friday (except holidays) 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Saturday (during 3-day weekends only) 8:00 a.m. - noon
- Evening Clinic
- Evening Clinic & Saturday Clinic are held on the 3rd Floor, Family Care Center.
- Monday, Thursday, and Fridays (except holidays) 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m
- Immunization Clinic
- The Immunizations Clinic is located on the 2nd Floor, Family Care Center.
- Monday - Friday (except holidays) 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
