Contolled Prescriptions
- Prescription for Schedule II medications are limited to 30 doses, no refills and must be received by the pharmacy within 30 days of being written. Prescriptions that are annotated by the provider as a tumor board or a chronic pain patient may receive up to a 30 day supply.
- Prescriptions for ADHD medications may prescribed for 90 days.
- Prescriptions for schedule III, IV, and V medications are valid up to 6 months from the original date written. They are limited to a 30-day supply and may be refilled, when authorized, up to 5 times from the original date prescribed.
New Location for Pharmacy Refill Annex
In order to improve access to our Refill Pharmacy services, Naval Hospital Bremerton has completed a new Refill Pharmacy Annex. The new site is located on Wenker Way in Jackson Park, just East of Austin Drive. The new Refill Pharmacy Annex allows patients to avoid passing through the Naval Hospital security checkpoint, and avoid the congestion that can occur at the gate. We are already operating out of the new Refill Pharmacy Annex and the transition has gone extremely smoothly. There are no changes in ordering refills online or over the phone. We hope you will find this new site more convenient, and easier to access, in picking up your refill prescriptions.
